Red Dot

The Red dot series is an ongoing study, begun in 2022, of changing perceptions of what we see, of opening doors to new territories. It's also a study of the power of color to provoke sensations and emotions. Its power to disrupt.

Using a bright red Japanese pigment on Prussian blue cyanotype photograms, red circles are placed at a focal point, diverting the viewer's attention and creating an alternative narrative.
